How do you celebrate fantastic writing?
Ice cream, of course!
Students wrote procedural pieces about how to make an ice cream sundae.
To wrap up this writing unit, we decided to make our very own ice cream sundaes!
To make our ice cream party even more fun, Mrs. Ladd and Mrs. Kilmer came in to teach us how to MAKE ice cream! Our classroom smelled just like an ice cream shop! We had a blast shaking the bags of ingredients and waiting for the magic to happen.
Who knew science could taste so sweet?
